Problems between people are ridiculously easy to create, and sometimes seem nigh impossible to fix.
We all do this, bar none, although we will all be very good at justifying ourselves and avoiding responsibility. Words said in the heat of the moment can have a more serious impact on a person than we realise.
Problems are easier to avoid than they are to fix. Taking a deep breath and counting to ten may be the best advice, but it is seldom taken. The only real solution to a problem already created is honest balanced communication, and a fair non-judgemental approach.
